Dante is the main attraction very entertaining and under his direction every plate is just right. Ask Dante for something special and different and he will come up with it. Try the Hugh Roll and Dante’s Infernal Roll. The atmosphere is something else; Raw is modern and fashionable with its back lit bar, industrial ceilings, bright and attractive art.
